FES-G 系列

The FES-G Series stainless steel pump is developed for ultra-high-pressure work where torque, stability, and precise control are required. An integrated gearbox and solid Ø40 mm shaft allow low-speed 800 RPM operation, delivering up to 2000 bar with controlled flow rates of 10–15 L/min to reduce vibration and mechanical stress. 

The high-strength stainless steel head resists corrosion and extreme loading, while long-stroke plungers and large oil capacity support cooling in continuous heavy-duty cycles. Premium bearings and a reinforced crankshaft structure maintain alignment and smooth pressure delivery. Gearbox drive improves starting characteristics and protects drivetrain components during pressure spikes. Typical applications include ultra-high-pressure jetting, hydro-demolition, pressure testing, tube and heat exchanger cleaning, concrete removal, and maintenance in refineries and shipyards.
