FCC 系列

The FCC Series brass high-pressure pump is optimized for high-flow cleaning where water volume drives productivity and faster rinsing. Featuring a solid Ø24 mm shaft, it delivers flow rates up to 60 L/min with pressure capability up to 350 bar, maintaining stable output in long duty cycles. The brass head with stainless-steel components provides strong structure and dependable corrosion resistance in industrial wash bays.

A forged, surface-nitrided crankshaft and premium tapered roller bearings improve load capacity and durability under continuous operation and pressure pulsation. Ceramic plungers reduce friction and wear, supporting longer seal life and lower maintenance. Typical applications include vehicle and fleet wash systems, industrial washing lines, municipal road cleaning, cooling and flushing circuits, dust suppression, and process rinsing.
